Three options we sell come close. Viatera Taj Duna from LX Hausys is an engineered quartz with a warm ivory base and soft movement at a fraction of natural quartzite pricing. TME Velino Taj Extra is a Quartz with similar coloring at a lower price point than Taj Mahal. And Dekton Nara gives you that warm-toned look in an ultracompact surface that never needs sealing. Each one trades something though. Quartz won’t handle heat the way quartzite does. Dekton has a different feel under your hasnds — more manufactured. And Taj Extra, while beautiful, doesn’t have quite the same translucent depth when light catches it. Most clients who come in undecided end up choosing once they see full slabs side by side in our showroom.
